When two or more employees "share" a job, the easiest way to deal with them is to consider all of them as one employee. Put all of their names on a single line on the 'Faculty Data Screen' (the third screen where you list employees, salary and fringe benefits, etc.), combine their salaries, fringe benefits, assigned tasks, etc.. For example:
